PLC programming

Siemens PLC programming, from a single station to a complete line.

We integrate PLCs, drives, distributed I/O, and safety into standardized, reusable, diagnosable architectures. Same team from commissioning to long-term support.

Technical stack

What we program, every day.

Siemens families as our standard; we also work with Rockwell, Beckhoff, and other PLCs when the project requires it. What matters to us is architectural soundness, not the brand on the cabinet.

PLC families

S7-1200 for compact applications, S7-1500 for full lines, S7-1500T when advanced motion-axis coordination is needed. We also handle S7-300/400 for retrofit work on existing installations.

Motion control

Sinamics V90, S210, S220, and S120 for servo drives and virtual camming. Gearing, electronic cams, axis synchronization, and complex kinematics up to dozens of coordinated axes.

Distributed I/O

ET200SP/MP/PRO for decentralized architectures on Profinet/Profibus. Built-in diagnostics, hot-swap support, redundant configurations where the plant requires them.

Energy diagnostics

PAC3200/PAC3220/PAC3225 meters integrated with the PLC. Per-machine load reading, consumption baselines for energy monitoring and Transizione 5.0 reporting.

Industrial networks

Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA, MQTT. Secure architectures with data exchange to SCADA, MES, and ERP, OT network segmentation, and traffic-priority management.

Functional safety

Fail-safe PLCs (S7-1500F), risk assessment per ISO 13849-1/2 and IEC 62061, integration with laser scanners and certified safety devices.

Why OEMs and plant managers choose us

Four commitments that make the difference on the shop floor.

Reusable standards

Architectures designed to be copied from line to line. We cut development time 30-50% on the second project compared to an ad-hoc implementation.

Native diagnostics

Alarms, events, and KPIs are designed from the start to be read by SCADA and MES. No "flags bolted on later" that maintenance can't interpret.

Documentation that lasts

Network diagrams, I/O maps, shared naming conventions. The next programmer — internal or ours — opens the project and gets oriented in a day.

Validation on real plants

We program on lines in production, not just on test benches. We commission alongside the operators: what doesn't work on the floor doesn't ship via remote support.

The PLC doesn't live alone.

Good PLC programming is the foundation; the real value lands when data flows up to SCADA, MES, and industrial apps. Here's what we build on top:

SCADA & MES

Line supervision, OEE, batch traceability, alarms, and diagnostics — through the ARIA platform, in a single interface.
