Turin · Piedmont · Lombardy

Industrial automation in Turin: the system integrator from PLC to Decision.

Operational base in Turin, lines supported across northern Italy: PLC programming, MES, SCADA, HMI, robotics, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity. When the line stops, a partner an hour away changes the day.

Why a local integrator

Proximity isn't a detail: it's uptime.

Automation happens on the lines. Having your system integrator in the same city — not three regions away — is measured in downtime hours avoided and in revamps planned for the weekend, not «whenever possible».

Same-day site visits

A serious quote starts by seeing the line. From Turin we reach plants across Piedmont and Lombardy within the day: the project starts from the real machine, not from photos.

Line stops and fast response

Support contracts with fast on-site presence in the Turin area, plus secure industrial teleservice for immediate diagnosis anywhere. The PLC doesn't wait for a courier.

Roots in Turin's manufacturing

We grew up in Turin's industrial ecosystem: automotive and e-mobility lines, Tier-1 suppliers, machine builders. We bring that world's rigor to every industry we work in.

What we do

The whole automation chain, under one roof.

From PLC to cloud, one partner for the entire chain — no handovers between different vendors.

Siemens PLC programming

S7-1500 and S7-1200, TIA Portal, motion control, retrofit of obsolete PLCs. New lines or revamps on running plants, with downtime planned together with production.

MES & SCADA with ARIA

Our ARIA platform brings supervision, batch traceability, OEE, and energy consumption to the plant server — already in production on multi-station lines.

Where we operate

From Turin, across the lines of northern Italy.

Three radiuses, one team: the metropolitan area for fast support, Piedmont and Lombardy as everyday operations, Italy and abroad for projects and OEMs.

Turin and its province

Operational base in the city: fast site visits, on-site support, and post-commissioning care for plants across the metropolitan area and the Canavese district.

Piedmont

Cuneo, Asti, Alessandria, Novara, Ivrea, and the region's manufacturing districts: same response times, same team.

Milan and Lombardy

Lines and plants supported across Lombardy. For groups with sites in both regions, we are a single technical point of reference.

Industrial automation in Milan

Italy and abroad

Projects across Italy and, for OEMs and industrial groups, abroad: Germany, Hungary, USA, and China. Teleservice shortens every distance.

Industries

The verticals we know best.

Automotive · E-Mobility

Stator lines, robotic cells, multi-axis motion: the technical heritage of the Turin district.

Manufacturing

Discrete multi-station manufacturing: line OEE, batch traceability, PLC ↔ ERP integration.

Food & Beverage

Frequently asked questions

What companies looking for an integrator in Turin ask us.

Do you do site visits in Turin and its province?

Yes — usually within the day or within a few working days. The site visit is where we look at the line, electrical cabinets, and networks: we leave with a clear scope and a phased quote. For plants outside the area, we start with a technical call and plant documentation, then schedule the visit.

Do you also work outside Piedmont?

Yes: Lombardy and the rest of northern Italy are everyday operations, and we run projects across Italy. Abroad we work with OEMs and industrial groups in Germany, Hungary, the USA, and China. Secure industrial teleservice lets us diagnose anywhere before we even travel.

Do you work on Siemens PLCs? And on existing plants?

Siemens is our daily bread: S7-1500 and S7-1200, TIA Portal, Profinet, Profibus, motion control. We work on new installations and on plants in production — retrofitting obsolete PLCs, extending lines, integrating with MES and SCADA — planning downtime together with production.

How do you handle a line stop?

First, diagnosis via teleservice, to understand whether the problem is logic, field, or network; then, if needed, the on-site intervention. For customers with a support contract we define response SLAs and on-call windows. The goal is always the same: get the line running again, then remove the cause.

How much does an industrial automation project cost?

It depends on the scope: number of stations and axes, PLC brands, integration with existing systems, state of the cabinets. That's why we start with a free site visit and build a phased quote, so the investment follows the results. For supervision software, ARIA has a public per-station price list — transparent, with no one-off licenses.
