ARIA MES/SCADA is the visible heart of the platform: MES and SCADA combined. It reflects field events in real time: every operator, shift lead, or supervisor sees the same information, refreshed at the millisecond. It governs orders, batches, recipes, and production traceability. Configurable per installation via hierarchical roles and toggleable modules, it talks to PLCs through ARIA Connector and retains process history for analytics and traceability.

It is not a module to bolt on: ARIA MES/SCADA ships with its own app, for iOS and Android. Same backend, same master data and same history as the shop-floor terminals — no second system to buy, no nightly syncs to keep alive. Whoever is walking the plant sees the line, opens the station and closes the job from where they stand.
This is not a renewable subscription: it is the purchase of a perpetual usage licence with a payment plan, and for the first five years support, maintenance, and updates are included. The per-station fee, per year
Station no. 1 pays €950: the tiers are progressive — not every station pays the tier it reaches.
Stations are counted in two categories. Automatic: the machines and supervision points with a PLC, which ARIA reads data from — they carry most of the commissioning and of the licence. Manual: the workstations without a PLC, where the operator confirms by hand: worth about a sixth of an automatic one on the licence, and half on the commissioning. The number depends on the plant architecture, not on the number of machines: we define it together during the site survey.
Yearly payment: One instalment at the start of each year, for five years. No upfront cash commitment beyond the commissioning, and a predictable operating cost: on the books it reads as OPEX.
From year 6
The licence does not expire. ARIA keeps running on your plant server, with your data and your configuration. The only decision left is whether to keep the service active.

The numbers above come from the public price list, but your figure depends on the perimeter: how many stations are truly automatic, how many PLC nodes there are to map, what shape the network is in. Commissioning is the line that moves the most. One call frames it; the site survey settles it.

One-off, at kick-off: platform setup and IT integration, PLC node mapping, blueprint, testing, and commissioning. It grows with the stations, for different work: an automatic one brings the PLC node to map and test, a manual one — half the amount — the workstation setup and training for the people who use it. Travel costs, if any, are excluded.
