Production traceability and genealogy.

Know where every part came from.

ARIA Track is the entry edition of the ARIA MES/SCADA suite, for teams that want to start from data collection and production traceability.

It reads data and events from machines and PLCs in real time and reconstructs the history of batches and parts: what was produced, when, where, and with which process events. Everything stays viewable, searchable, and exportable.

Track observes and records, but does not act on the process: it does not send commands to PLCs and does not manage recipes or orders.

When you need to control and coordinate production, not just trace it, you can move to Lite or Pro keeping the same data and the same infrastructure.

Strengths

Why ARIA Track.

  • End-to-end genealogy — Genealogy of batches and parts with drill-down to the single product: captured parameters, stations traversed, timestamps. Every part has its history, every history is exportable for quality and audits.
  • Batch search in seconds — A complaint or a recall? Search the batch and reconstruct in seconds what went through, where, and when. No cross-referencing Excel sheets by hand.

Part traceability · genealogy

The heart of ARIA Track: the list of batches with the state they are in — active, completed, planned, interrupted — plus the station, the processing start and end, good parts and scrap. From here you go down to the part: every row opens onto the products in that batch. Search works both ways — from a batch code down to its parts, or from a part's serial number back to the batch that produced it. Along the top, the picture right now: how many batches are active, waiting, stopped.

The suite's app is the same one, and it is included: with ARIA Track it shows what Track collects — real-time station status and the line backbone, so you know where the part is stuck without walking up to the office. Commands to stations, recipes and alarm ownership arrive when you move up to Lite or Pro, on the same installation.

The screens were captured on a plant running ARIA MES/SCADA: with Track the counters at the top are events collected in the history, not live alarms to take ownership of, and the performance indices arrive with Lite or Pro.

Station no. 1 pays €950: the tiers are progressive — not every station pays the tier it reaches.

How stations are counted

Stations are counted in two categories. Automatic: the machines and supervision points with a PLC, which ARIA reads data from — they carry most of the commissioning and of the licence. Manual: the workstations without a PLC, where the operator confirms by hand: worth about a sixth of an automatic one on the licence, and half on the commissioning. The number depends on the plant architecture, not on the number of machines: we define it together during the site survey.

Yearly payment: One instalment at the start of each year, for five years. No upfront cash commitment beyond the commissioning, and a predictable operating cost: on the books it reads as OPEX.

From year 6

The software is yours

The licence does not expire. ARIA keeps running on your plant server, with your data and your configuration. The only decision left is whether to keep the service active.

  • You renew maintenance: support and updates carry on.
  • You don't renew: the installed version stays in production and keeps working. It no longer receives updates or support.

This is the price list. The quote we write on your plant.

The numbers above come from the public price list, but your figure depends on the perimeter: how many stations are truly automatic, how many PLC nodes there are to map, what shape the network is in. Commissioning is the line that moves the most. One call frames it; the site survey settles it.

Turnkey commissioning

One-off, at kick-off: setup, PLC node mapping for traceability, testing, and commissioning. It grows with the stations: €400 for each automatic one, €200 for each manual workstation. Travel costs, if any, are excluded.

Terms and notes
  • Prices exclude VAT. The usage licence is perpetual and includes five years of Standard 8×5 support, maintenance, and updates.
  • Tiers are progressive: each station pays the band it falls into, not all of them the band reached. With 15 automatic stations the 1st is at full list price, the 2nd to 7th take the second tier and the 8th to 15th the third.
  • From year six, renewing the service costs 30% of the yearly instalment. Without renewal the software stays installed and working.
  • Upgrade to ARIA MES/SCADA at any time: the traceability already in the field stays. −10% from the second plant.
