Connected industry, in production

We integrate industrial complexity. From machine to decision.

Industrial IT/OT partner: we connect machines, PLCs, robots, lines, MES/SCADA and WMS to your business systems. From the floor to the data, with one counterpart. We build ARIA, the platform that makes it governable.

What we do

Every layer of the factory, one partner.

Not a catalog of technologies but skills organized around problems: automation, robotics, IT/OT integration, software, production data, and cybersecurity. We make the field and business systems talk — to design, integrate, and evolve machines, lines, and plants already in production.

Consulting & custom implementations

As independent industrial consultants we assess feasibility, architectures and existing plants. When off-the-shelf isn't enough we build custom, from proof-of-concept to production integrated with the PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP and WMS you already run.

Production data & systems — MES & SCADA

We collect, normalize, and contextualize production data: MES and SCADA for batch traceability, OEE, KPIs, and real-time alarms, integrated with the ERP. Shop-floor numbers become information you can decide on.

IT/OT integration

The connecting thread: we link machines, lines, and production systems to business software — MES, ERP, back-office tools. OPC UA, S7, MQTT. Fewer silos, coherent data from machine to decision.

ARIA Track

Open ARIA Track

starting at€1,000per station / year

Know where every part came from.

The suite's entry edition: genealogy of batches and parts, batch search, event history, and live station monitoring. It observes and records; it does not command.

ARIA MES/SCADA

Open ARIA MES/SCADA

starting at€1,600per station / year

See and run the whole line from a single cockpit.

MES and SCADA in one software, on the plant server: real-time production monitoring, alarms, andon, shift changeovers, batch traceability, OEE, and recipes.

ARIA Warehouse

Open ARIA Warehouse

annual feeOn quote

The warehouse moves with the line, AMRs included.

A WMS that shares the line's master data: movements, orders, locations, AMR mission dispatch, and material delivery along the line.

ARIA HMI

Open ARIA HMI

annual feeOn quote

One station interface, on any screen.

Web-based, hardware-independent operator interface: panel, tablet, or desktop, with real-time machine data from the PLC. Commands, alarm ACKs, and recipe confirmations write straight to the PLC — the single source of truth.

ARIA Mobile

Open ARIA Mobile

annual feeOn quote

The line follows you: KPIs and alarms land on your phone.

The suite's app for people walking the plant — KPIs at a glance, push alarms, andon dispatch — and for people on the line or in the warehouse: PIN login, batch confirmations, picking.

Where we operate

Four verticals, one technical language.

Industries we've already gotten our hands dirty in. Each one has its own rules — we speak PLC, MES, and SCADA across all four.

Automated stator production line

More than 15 stand-alone stations — from winding on 42 servo axes to vision-guided palletizing — had to run as one line. ARIA SCADA orchestrates them from a single dashboard, backed by 40+ ARIA HMI operator stations on the shop floor.

Emergency revamp: bakery line back in production within two months

La Torinese 1932 had its bakery line in Turin halted on end-of-life hardware, with two months to restart before Christmas deliveries. A Siemens S7-1500 controller and a browser-reachable ARIA screen brought it back in time, with stoppages down about 20%.

ARIA SCADA on board electric-motor production machines

Nide Wintech Automation builds in Collegno the machines that motor manufacturers use to wind and assemble. They ship with ARIA SCADA on board as standard: it logs process parameters, talks to the end customer's plant systems and opens remote diagnostics.
