Manual line feeding, AMR missions disconnected from orders, materials that arrive once the line has already stopped. The warehouse is a separate world instead of being part of the production process.
Wrong pallets and labels = retail penalties
Invalid SSCC, late DESADV, wrong mixed pallets: retailers apply penalties for wrong pallets or out-of-window deliveries that eat margin. WMS and MES must speak the end customer's language.

Do you integrate AMR fleets or automated guided vehicles?
Yes. ARIA Warehouse talks to the fleet manager to generate and dispatch missions on line demand, with relocation and location traceability. The integration is built for KUKA fleets and, more broadly, for vendor-abstractable fleet managers.
Does the WMS integrate with the ERP and with shipping?
Yes, via a secure API: orders and master data from the ERP, consumption and stock back to the ERP, SSCC and DESADV to retail clients. Without rewriting the ERP you already run.
Do you handle multiple pallet formats and recipe changes?
Yes: the palletiser's format change is handled by recipe from the SCADA and the PLC, so a new pallet configuration doesn't require intervention on the robot or machine code.
How do you guarantee SSCC and retail-compliant labels?
SSCC/GS1 labelling generated by the WMS and validated before shipping, with DESADV to retail clients: we cut the wrong pallets and out-of-window deliveries that generate penalties.
Do you work on existing end-of-line or only new plants?
Both. We add unified supervision and warehouse integration to already-installed end-of-line islands, alongside designing new cells — with downtime planned together with production.
Which robots and vision do you use?
