Typical situation
End-of-line handles multiple pallet formats with frequent changeovers, but the stacking pattern lives inside the robot's program. Every new format requires calling in the cell's vendor, and the format change stays a manual procedure documented on paper.
How we work
Palletizing patterns move out of the code into recipes the operator can select, with the cell receiving the layout as a parameter. Safety reviewed for area access, and supervision that connects end-of-line to the production order.

Typical situation

Material-handling missions generated from the line's real state instead of static lists, with location management and movement reconciliation. Where it makes sense, autonomous vehicles integrated into the same coordination layer; the interface with the ERP runs through an API.

Do you integrate AMR fleets with production?

Yes. ARIA Warehouse talks to the fleet manager to generate and dispatch missions on line demand, with relocation and location traceability. The integration is built for KUKA fleets and, more broadly, for vendor-abstractable fleet managers.

Does the WMS integrate with the ERP and with shipping?

Yes, via a secure API: orders and master data from the ERP, consumption and stock back to the ERP, SSCC and DESADV to retail clients. Without rewriting the ERP you already run.

Do you handle multiple pallet formats and recipe changes?

Yes: the palletizer's format change is handled by recipe from the SCADA and the PLC, so a new pallet configuration doesn't require intervention on the robot or machine code.

How do you guarantee SSCC and retail-compliant labels?

SSCC/GS1 labeling generated by the WMS and validated before shipping, with DESADV to retail clients: we cut the wrong pallets and out-of-window deliveries that generate penalties.

Do you work on existing end-of-line or only new plants?

Both. We add unified supervision and warehouse integration to already-installed end-of-line islands, alongside designing new cells — with downtime planned together with production.

Which robots and vision do you use?

Fanuc, KUKA, and ABB robots and Cognex and Keyence vision, integrated with Siemens PLCs. The choice follows the product format and takt requirements, not a vendor lock-in.
