Industrial robotics that speaks the same language as the PLC, the MES, and the line.
Fanuc, KUKA, and ABB robot cells integrated with automation and machine vision. We select them, program them, deploy them, and maintain them — under a single supervision.
Fanuc, KUKA, ABB. Same team, three robotic stacks.
Knowing multiple robotic platforms in depth lets us pick the right one for the project, not the one we happen to know. Our experience is especially strong in automotive and e-mobility.
Fanuc
TPP programming, integration with Siemens PLCs over Profinet, multi-robot cell management, palletizing, machine tending, welding, heavy-payload handling. Strong automotive background.
KUKA
Development on KRC4/KRC5, integration with KUKA.WorkVisual and KUKA.Sim for offline simulation. Discrete manufacturing, end-of-line packaging, machining applications.
ABB
RAPID programming, integration with RobotStudio and Multimove. Precision applications, assembly, cleanroom-compatible processes, coordinated multi-robot cells.
Six pillars that recur in every project.
Offline simulation
RoboGuide, KUKA.Sim, RobotStudio. We validate kinematics, cycle times, and collisions in CAD before touching the real cell: fewer weeks of tuning on the floor and less production downtime during installation.
Functional safety
Risk assessment per ISO 13849-1/2 and IEC 62061, safety category selection, integration with laser scanners, light curtains, and fail-safe PLCs. Compliant technical documentation for CE marking.
Machine vision
Cognex and Keyence systems for in-line quality control, part positioning (bin picking), code reading, and traceability. We integrate directly with the PLC and MES to close the process-data / decision loop.
AMR & warehouse integration
Collaborative robots with AMR fleet managers (MiR, OTTO, Geek+), interfacing with automated warehouses (Modula, Kardex) and WMS. Internal logistics moves into the same supervision as the production line.
Cross-station standardization
Shared naming conventions, consistent operating modes, common diagnostics across stations on the same line. Operators learn one station and move to others without retraining.
PLC & MES integration
Robots are not isolated islands: they talk to the line PLC, expose status and cycle data to SCADA and MES, and receive recipes and production orders. Centralized coordination on the ARIA platform.
Where we've already gotten our hands dirty.
