Start of the morning shift. Marco opens ARIA MES/SCADA from the shop-floor terminal and within 5 minutes has the picture: what happened on the night shift, what needs realignment, where to focus the team.

    He sees the night-shift OEE, unresolved alarms, in-progress batches, and any delays against plan.

Luca is on site at the end customer: the machine is installed, and today he has to demonstrate that interconnection and process monitoring are genuinely there — the requirement the customer's Industry 4.0 assessment will be based on.

    The end customer needs to evidence interconnection to plant systems and parameter monitoring: both are already on board, not an integration to commission afterwards.
