A day with ARIA Mobile.

Concrete scenarios with real personas. No generic storytelling — these are the steps you see on the line when ARIA Mobile is in production.

Persona

Stefania

Shift lead · automotive line

Stefania covers three lines spread across two buildings. She can't sit still in the control room: she moves between stations, the warehouse, and the quality office. ARIA Mobile is her extension of SCADA — KPIs, alarms, and andon dispatch from her smartphone.

  • 06:00

Opens the app before even entering the plant

She sees how the night shift ended: OEE, unresolved alarms, completed batches. She walks in already with a plan for the day.

  • 08:45

Push notification: station 3 in alarm for 2 minutes

While in the warehouse with logistics, she gets the push. Tap, sees the cause, calls maintenance directly from the app. Response time is tracked.

  • 11:30

    Confirms a quality andon dispatch

The station-6 operator opened a quality andon. Stefania sees it in the list, takes ownership, walks to the field. Her ownership is already visible to everyone.

  • 16:20

    Leaves the plant, stays connected

Even from home or in the car she keeps receiving critical-alarm push notifications. For those she can resolve on her own, she can trigger procedures from the palm.

Persona

Luigi

Station operator · automotive line

Luigi runs two neighboring stations. He authenticates at the start of the shift, confirms batches, calls andon when needed. He uses ARIA Mobile on a personal tablet mounted to his cart: same login as the fixed terminals, same master data.

  • 06:00

    Login with NFC badge

He taps the badge against the tablet, session open. No PIN to remember; audit is active from the first moment.

  • 06:20

Confirms a batch change on station 4

Tap on the active batch, scan the QR of the new batch, confirm. SCADA and MES see the change in real time.

  • 10:05

Opens maintenance andon for a vibration anomaly

Two taps from the palm. Maintenance gets the call; Luigi can keep watching the neighboring station while the right person arrives.

  • 14:00

    Automatic logout at shift change

Short session, re-login for the next shift. No forgotten lock-ins, clean audit.
