The problem

When every system speaks a different language, the data lies.

Many factories don't have a machine problem: they have a connection problem. Each island works on its own, but the overall picture doesn't exist — and without a reliable picture, every decision becomes a gamble.

Islands that don't talk

The line PLC, the ERP, the warehouse, and quality control are born at different times, with different vendors. Each keeps its own numbers; none holds the complete truth.

Data that doesn't add up

The same batch looks different depending on where you check it. Reports are built by hand, at night, by exporting files. When an audit or a recall arrives, the data can't be queried.

Decisions in the dark

Machine stops, scrap, energy consumption: you discover them after the fact, at month end. Whoever runs the plant decides on gut feeling, not on measures — because the measures are locked in too many silos.

The complexity

A factory is a stack of layers, each with its own vendor.

From the field sensor up to the ERP, every layer has its own brands, protocols, and logic. Integrating them isn't about connecting two cables: it's about reconciling technical languages built not to talk to each other. This is where a system integrator is needed.

Field and control

Sensors, drives, and PLCs — often different brands on the same line. Siemens S7 as the standard, but also cells with different logic and buses: Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA, Modbus.

Line and supervision

Robotic cells, multi-axis motion, SCADA, and HMI. The layer where production is seen in real time — if someone has connected it to the rest of the factory.

Production and quality

MES, batch traceability, OEE, quality control. The bridge between what happens on the line and what the company must prove to customers, authorities, and audits.

The IT/OT jump

The most fragile moment: bringing field data into ERP and business systems, securely. Two worlds with opposite cultures, networks, and priorities, to be held together without opening gaps.

Most of the value is on the lines already running. We retrofit obsolete PLCs, extend and integrate legacy plants, planning downtime together with production.

We connect field and ERP with OPC UA, S7, and MQTT, segmenting networks per IEC 62443 and NIS2 requirements. Whether data lives on the machine, on-premise, or in the cloud matters less than the fact that it's correct and available.

What is an industrial system integrator?

Do you handle multi-vendor plants and different PLC brands?

Yes. We work daily with Siemens PLCs (S7-1500, S7-1200, TIA Portal) and integrate different brands, protocols, and buses on the same line — Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT — plus Fanuc, KUKA, and ABB robots and Cognex and Keyence vision systems. Do you work on existing (legacy) lines and plants?

Yes, it's most of our work. We retrofit obsolete PLCs, extend lines, and integrate legacy plants with MES and SCADA, planning downtime together with production. There's no need to rebuild from scratch: we start from what's already running and make it integrated and governable.

Which areas do you operate in?

Our operational base is in Turin: from here we reach plants across Piedmont and Lombardy within the day. We run projects across Italy and, for OEMs and industrial groups, abroad. Secure industrial teleservice lets us diagnose remotely wherever the plant is located.
